Return Policy

At Melanin MonReaux, we take pride in carefully curating our collections. Many of our pieces are available in limited quantities and cannot be restocked once sold out. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our inventory, we are unable to accept returns for refunds. Many of our pieces are available in limited quantities and cannot be restocked once sold out. We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing information, and measurements before completing their purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons the following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit :

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Undergarments
  • Earrings
  • Accessories

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale, markdown, clearance event, promotional offer, or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or  store credit.

Exchange Policy

While we do not offer refunds, eligible full-price items may qualify for an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be approved.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and must be: unworn, unwashed, free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, pet hair, makeup, or any other odors or stains, returned with all original tags attached and returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested replacement item is available, we will gladly process your exchange. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the approved exchange. Store credits do not expire and may be applied toward any future purchase.

Return Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received was defective or an error was made on our behalf. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Inspection of Returned Merchandise

All returned merchandise is thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If an item is found to be worn, damaged, altered, washed, missing tags, carrying odors, stained, or otherwise not in its original condition, the exchange request will be denied. The item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. No exchange, refund, or store credit will be issued. If the customer declines the return shipment of a rejected item, Melanin MonReaux reserves the right to retain possession of the merchandise.

Shipping Policy

At Melanin MonReaux, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate. During collection launches, promotional events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Free Shipping

Melanin MonReaux offers complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders of $150 or more before taxes and discounts are applied. Free shipping promotions are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Melanin MonReaux is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Melanin MonReaux is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors, household members, leasing offices, or your local post office. Customers are encouraged to select a secure delivery location when placing an order.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery, or unclaimed packages, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, photos of the item(s), and photos of the packaging. We will review all claims and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
